Purchase Policy
Our goal at DIVENTO is to make your purchasing experience easy, efficient and equitable, so we can get you on your way to live events, and to stay in suitable hotels as easily as possible. The following purchase policies are designed to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the purchase process on DIVENTO.
Payment Methods
DIVENTO accepts Mastercard and Visa. For group bookings we may, in some circumstances, accept checks or bank transfers. Payments made by fax, phone or by bank transfer or check are subject to a £5, €8 or $ 8 surcharge. There is no charge for payment made by credit card over the internet on our secure server. All enquiries orders@divento.com. You must quote your order reference and the date of your transaction.
Ticket Purchase
Pricing and Availability
DIVENTO sells tickets on behalf of promoters, teams, bands and venues, which means DIVENTO does not set the ticket prices or determine seating locations. Tickets are generally sold online and by phone, as well as in retail outlets. Therefore, if DIVENTO does not have tickets to an event, you may be able to find them elsewhere.
We add taxes and handling charges which together add 10-25% to the face value of a ticket, except when specified. In the case of 'sold out' tickets, this percentage can sometimes be higher. There is a minimum handling charge of £5, €8 or $8 per ticket.
Cancelled Events
Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, band or venue due to weather conditions or situations affecting the staff or audience. When this occurs, DIVENTO makes every effort to ensure you receive a prompt refund of the face value of the ticket. However you will not be refunded tax and handling charge or postage.
If an event is cancelled, please contact us immediately for information about receiving a refund. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to check whether an event, performance or activity has been cancelled or rescheduled. Divento will use its reasonable efforts to contact you in the event of cancellation once we have received the relevant authorisation from the Supplier.

Confirmation
Normally we provide a final confirmation of your booking within two to three working days of your order. However some venues can be slow in confirming details in which case your final confirmation can take several days.
Please allow for additional delays over holiday periods. Divento cannot be held responsible for these delays.
Refunds and Exchanges
Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event details. Policies set forth by our clients, including venues, teams and theatres, prevent DIVENTO from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased, or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets.
Complaints
If you have a complaint, please address it to supervisor@divento.com quoting your order reference and the date of the transaction, in the subject of the email. Please include all previous email correspondence between yourselves and ourselves.
Delivery of Tickets
Tickets are
either:
delivered to the box office and are typically available one hour prior to the event start time. You will need to present a print-out of the ticket purchase receipt, together with a piece of identification including a picture of the person named as the purchaser.
or
sent by DHL at an additional charge, which is automatically added to your purchase before check out. We advise you to wait until you have received your tickets before making your hotel and travel reservations. You will be notified by email on the date that your tickets are dispatched together with their tracking number. While the tickets should arrive the following day, please allow 48 hours before contacting DHL in your country with your tracking number for the whereabouts of your tickets.
DIVENTO cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to delivery delays or strikes.
You will receive an anticipated delivery date of your tickets in the email of final confirmation which you receive from one of our staff. However that delivery date is an ANTICIPATED delivery date. Sometimes we do not receive tickets from our suppliers until close to the date of the event.
If you have a specific time constraint for receiving confirmation or delivery, you must make this clear at the time of ordering.
Information We Request Directly From You
Our site's registration forms, order forms, surveys and contests require you to give us contact information (like your name and email address). Our order forms require financial information (like your account or credit card numbers) as well. All this information is strictly confidential and is never shared with any third parties, in any circumstances.
How we use Contact Information
Your contact information is used to contact you when necessary in connection with transactions entered into by you on our site. We also use customer contact information in order to send you information. exclusive offers or special event information. It is obligatory to include a telephone number on which you can be contacted regarding your order.
How We Use Financial Information
If you pay online your credit card information goes directly to the credit card company. If you pay by phone or fax, your financial information is destroyed, as soon as your card has been debited. We do not share financial or unique identifier information with anyone.
Other Sites/Third Party Vendors and their Private Policies
This site may contain links to other sites. DIVENTO is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such web sites or for the privacy policies and practices of other third parties.
Our Security Precautions
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the internet. Terms of Use
The following are the rules that govern the use of the DIVENTO website ("Site"). By using or visiting the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and to follow these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations governing the Site. DIVENTO reserves the right to change these Terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Please check this page of the Site periodically. We note when there are updates to the Terms of Use at the bottom of the Terms. If you violate these Terms of Use, DIVENTO may terminate your use of the Site, bar you from future use of the Site, cancel your ticket order or hotel reservation, and/or take appropriate legal action against you.
Permitted Use
You are only authorized to visit, view and to retain a copy of pages of this site for your own personal use. You may not duplicate, download, publish, modify or otherwise distribute the material on this site for any other purpose than to review event and personal information, for personal use or to purchase tickets, reservations or goods for your personal use, unless otherwise specifically authorized by DIVENTO to do so. The content and software on this Site is the property of suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. Please do not remove credits, or any additional information contained along with the notices and credits, which we have put on the site.
Links and Search Results
The site may automatically produce search results that reference or link to the third party sites throughout the Web. DIVENTO has no control over these sites or the content within them. DIVENTO cannot guarantee, represent or warrant that the content contained within these sites is accurate, legal and/or inoffensive. DIVENTO does not endorse the content of any third party site, nor do we warrant that they do not contain viruses or otherwise impact your computer. By using the Site to search for or link to another site, you agree and understand that you may not make any claim against DIVENTO for any damages or losses, whatsoever, resulting from your use of the site to obtain search results or to link to another site. If you have a problem with a link from the Site, please notify us at hotline@divento.com and we will investigate your claim and take any action we deem appropriate.
Prohibited Content
The following is a partial list of the kind of Content which is illegal or prohibited on the Site. It includes content that:
a) is patently offensive to the online community, such as Content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;
b) could be harmful to minors;
c) harasses or advocates harassment of another person;
d) involves the transmission of 'junk mail', 'chain letters', or unsolicited mass mailing or 'spamming';
e) promotes information that you know is false, misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous;
f) promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing pirated music or links to pirated music files;
g) contains restricted or password only access pages, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page);
h) displays pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind;
i) provides material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner, or solicits personal information from anyone aged under 18;
j) provides instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;
k) solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users;
l) engages in commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, and pyramid schemes.
Offline Conduct
Although DIVENTO can not monitor the conduct of its Users off the Site, it is also a violation of these rules to use any information obtained from this Site in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or in order to contact, advertise to or, solicit or sell to any User without their prior consent.
No Commercial Use
The Classified Ad section and other areas of this Site may not be used by our visitors to conduct sales of tickets, or hotel reservations. Without limiting the foregoing, you may not resell or link to any other sites for the purpose of selling tickets or hotel reservations of any kind. We will investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates this provision, including without limitation, removing the offending communication from the Site and barring such violators from use of the Site.
Unauthorized Use of the Site
Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the Site, whether for unauthorized ticket sales, unauthorized framing of or linking to the Site will be investigated and appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitation civil, criminal or injunctive redress.
Violation of the Terms
You understand and agree that at DIVENTO's sole discretion, and without prior notice, DIVENTO may terminate your access to the Site, cancel your purchase order or exercise any other remedy available and remove any unauthorized User Content, if DIVENTO believes that the User Content you provided has violated or is inconsistent with these Terms of Use. DIVENTO is not required to provide any refund to you if you are terminated as a User because you have violated these Terms of Use. Privacy
We believe that your privacy and the privacy of all other users is important. Please review our Privacy Policy. This policy applies to all information you supply to DIVENTO on the Site. If you post any original Content other than specific User information to the Site, by electronic mail or otherwise, we will treat it as non-confidential and non-proprietary to you. By posting it on the Site, you authorize us to use or allow others to distribute, reproduce or otherwise use the Content. DIVENTO is not liable for any lost data resulting from the operation of our Site and/or the enforcement of the Terms.

DIVENTO may investigate the claim and take appropriate action, at its sole discretion.
Limitation on Liability
Except in jurisdictions where such provisions are restricted, in no event will DIVENTO be liable to you for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including also lost profits, even if DIVENTO has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Disputes
If there is any dispute about or involving the Site, by using the Site, you agree that the dispute will be governed by the laws of England and Wales without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold DIVENTO its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Site, including also your use of the Site to provide a link to another site or to upload content or other information to the Site.
