At DIVENTO we want you to make the most of Europe.

Our team of journalists and representatives throughout Europe bring you detailed, up-to-date information on more than 400 exciting events around Europe. And in the future you'll find more and more information on all those other fun things to do: shopping, eating, drinking and generally being merry.
We also offer you the possibility of booking your hotel and your flight, but if you just want to book your favourite event and organize your own hotel and travel, that's fine by us.

How do I pay?
We accept Visa or Mastercard online, by phone and by fax. Group bookings in some circumstances, may be paid for by check or bank transfer. Payments made by fax, phone or by bank transfer or check are subject to a £5, €8 or $8 surcharge. There is no charge for payment made by credit card on our site, where we have a secure server. All enquiries : orders@divento.com. You can pay, and you will be billed in pounds sterling, euros and soon dollars at no extra cost, which means no unpleasant surprises when you get your next credit card bill.
Can I call you to make an order?
We are really trying to make buying online easy so please let us know if you're having trouble making your transaction. How do I get my tickets?
Tickets are either:
delivered to the box office and are typically available one hour prior to the event start time. You will need to present a print-out of the ticket purchase receipt, together with a piece of identification including a picture of the person named as the purchaser.
or
sent by DHL at an additional charge, which is automatically added to your purchase before check out. We advise you to wait until you have received your tickets before making your hotel and travel reservations. You will be notified by email on the date that your tickets are dispatched together with their tracking number. While the tickets should arrive the following day, please allow 48 hours before contacting DHL in your country with your tracking number for the whereabouts of your tickets.
DIVENTO cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to delivery delays or strikes.
The status of your order.

Due to the enormous amount of spam, we do not answer emails which do not include the order reference and transaction date in the subject matter of the email.
Complaints
If you have a complaint, please address it to supervisor@divento.com quoting your order reference and the date of the transaction, in the subject of the email. Please include all previous email correspondence between yourselves and ourselves.
Can I cancel my order?
The offers on this site cannot be exchanged or refunded, except in the case of the cancellation of an event. For further details please look at our Terms and Conditions.
If I buy a ticket through you, does it cost more than if I buy it direct from the venue?
In many circumstances we are paid a commission by the organiser, which enables us to sell the tickets at the same price as the organiser. The exception is for some theatres, concert and sport venues, opera houses and ballets (who do not pay commission). In those cases, we mark-up the original price of the ticket by 10-25%, and the ticket would cost less if you purchased directly from the organiser. In the case of sold out tickets the handling charge can be considerably higher. There is a minimum handling charge of £5, €8 or $8 per ticket.
